Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it is processed very quickly by our team and so any cancellations or amendments to your order are not always possible. However, if you do wish to make a change, please call us or email us and we will always try to help where we can.
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to hello@frodeli.com and one of our dedicated customer advisors will be happy to resolve your issue.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any kind.
