Start your engines and warm up those knuckles. It’ll be a case of fastest finger first this weekend as Frodeli launches its first ever Black Friday Sale. First up, we’ve got Start Spreadin’ The News, a very vanilla cheesecake which is perfectly portioned for an individual serving. With a mint leaf garnish and raspberry fruit coulis, this classic cake is sure to be a real crowd pleaser!
If you’re in the mood for something a little more indulgent, how about a white chocolate cheesecake? The Way You Lindt Tonight has a soft, buttery consistency and contains, you guessed it, Lindt chocolate. Topped with a Lindor chocolate ball, it’s the ultimate treat for you or your loved ones. Serve with our white chocolate and hazelnut sauce and dust with icing sugar from our Frodeli branded shaker and you’ve got yourself some bragging rights!
White chocolate not your thing? Prefer your chocolate a little more sultry? Never fear – we’ve got the answer and it comes in the form of our milk chocolate Lindt dessert. A classic chocolate cheesecake with Lindt’s milk chocolate swirled into the mix and their signature Lindor ball on top – we call this one Crazy Little Thing Called Lindt. Simply decorate with our Belgian chocolate sauce and luxury cocoa powder for a professional finish. We know, right?
If you’re feeling torn between a brownie and a cheesecake, it’s completely understandable. It’s a big decision, so we bring you Chocodile Rock to really hit the spot. Imagine a brownie base filled with a rich fudge icing and a whole library of carefully curated confectionary. Seems too good to be true, right? It’s not! Think Maltesers, Mars, Flake, Crunchie and Daim. Not to mention the chocolate curls... What could be better? Oh yes, all of the above served with clotted cream ice cream and Belgian chocolate sauce.
If you’re one who knows what they want and it’s brownie, then we’ve got something for that. Actually, we’ve got a few things for it! Not really in the mood for fruit? How ‘bout nuts? Charlie Brown and Peanuts is another vegan friendly, plant-based brownie which does exactly what it says on the tin: rich brown vegan chocolate with peanuts. Oh, and a little help from some caramel sauce (also vegan) never hurt anybody!
Nothing tickling your tastebuds? Really? Maybe something a little more tarty will do the trick. If you’re less of a sweet tooth and more of a sharp tooth, then Oh Là Lemon, a classic French lemon tart is a tangy and sophisticated choice that won’t leave you disappointed. Particularly when accompanied by our fresher than fresh raspberries and raspberry fruit coulis - how Parisian!
For something a little closer to home, might we suggest Best In Show, the best Bakewell tart we’ve ever come across! If you’ve never been to Bakewell, then this terrific tart will transport you to the Derbyshire Dales. Filled with sweet and sugary jam and topped with flaked almonds, this is one traditional pudding that’s still around for a reason. Looking at those succulent strawberries and clotted cream, it's not hard to see why!
If you fancy something really local to us, then we’re serving up Dial M for Manchester; it may not be the Bahamas, but the weather’s balmy. This little number is a sturdy egg custard tart with jam encased in buttery pastry and topped with coconut shavings. Who’d have thought that Manchester would bring the tropical flavour this Black Friday?!
Any fans of Prince in the room? If so, you’ll love Raspberry Beret! our raspberry and almond tart. A soft frangipane is just right any time of the day, but layer up this raspberry and almond tart with your raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries and you’ve got yourself a triple raspberry delight.
